GingerSoftware was noted on an AT listserve and I was curious enough to investigate. I typed
“drekshuns four maaking sup” in their “try it” line and got
“directions for making sup?”
the word sup had a ? that turned into a drop down menu with some possible word choices and soup was 3rd on the list. I am impressed and thinking that including a text to speech option would have been helpful for determining the word soup. Upon investigation, Ginger Premium, includes that feature. I need to download the product and hopefully the text to speech feature comes with the download. It would be fantastic if the text reading component worked as well as some of the text to speech programs. I’ll report back.
