ClickSpeak and Headphones Installation on WebCat Machines

One small step towards making our Library tools accessible and one great leap towards using the principles of universal design in learning.  Yesterday, after ITS downloaded ClickSpeak (a free text to speech feature for Firefox) ; I attached a one eared headset to each of our 5 WebCat stations.   I still need to figure out a work around for some of the articles in PDF format listed in a few databases, but at least most of the abstracts and holdings’ descriptions can be heard as well as read.
